Healthy At 50 & Over…

Yes there becomes a time when a thing called age catches up with you but it’s up to you how far you let it catch you. Now a good thing to look after yourself and gain a healthier life, give up smoking, and if you were a big consumer of alcohol cut down intensely to help with the liver and kidney, they are hard to get these days.
Look at with your meals try and do a balance an healthy way of living, with fresh products, whole grains, fruit, veggies, and supplements can help the right ones anyway.If you were not one for exercising through out life, just a nice walk of around 2ks is a good way to help a good body of health, if you one that exercised most off there life the body will tell you to slow down or look at another way off keeping fit.

Look at your mixed veggies meat and every now and then add some rice good for carbs but not every night, you can do salads as well, fish nd most sea food are good way to keep healthy, or you might be one of luck that eat anything and everything an not gain weight, just be careful it can turn as you get older, for what every you do don’t give up life but just watch what you do and enjoy what you do in life.
